➢ Creation of Fieldglass Job Postings for Hiring Managers, Suppliers, Resources and vendor management executives. ➢ Handled day to day Fieldglass admin related changes for the resource records. ➢ Handled the data validation of Fieldglass resources records with Workday for India and global resources on a weekly basis. ➢ Was part of Fieldglass implementation project across Applied Materials Global, involved in data collection, validation and data upload for the new region. ➢ Handled the Resource Request cycle time tracking for meeting the sourcing efficiency timelines. ➢ Handling day to day creation and approval of Resource for Agency Contacting & SOW models in Fieldglass. ➢ Processed all Fieldglass uploads for Resources Manager, Location, Template, Cost center, Bill rates ➢ Resource management conversions with Agency Contacting & SOW models in Fieldglass. ➢ Take over the efficient control of the implementation process through the various phases and will be both the point of contact for Suppliers and for the customer. ➢ Manage the implementation deadlines and project execution on time by using the tool Fieldglass ➢ Analyze process to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on selected projects. ➢ Act as a single point of contact for all project related issues and escalation.
